Later yesterday (Wednesday, January 8, 2015), the Attorney General of Special Cases gave his opinion to indict 17 suspects and ordered not to indict Mr. Yuranunt or Boss Sam and Ms. Peachya or Boss Mean on all charges. He will send the case file along with his opinion to not indict to the Director General of the Department of Special Investigation to consider whether he will have any objection to the order not to indict according to the Special Investigation Act of 2004.
